Why Feel Bad When You Can Feel Good,Look Good, and Be Healthy?

One thing I have noticed about people that there are groups or categories. There are the folks that are going to do "what I want to do no matter the price". I fall there sometimes. Then there are the folks that want to change and do better but never seem to make the decision. One group says that they want to have good health and feel better but it is expensive. They have insurance and because insurance will pay for the medicine of symptomatic treatment they go that route and end up miserable. Then there is the group that says I am going to educate myself change my habits and get healthy by taking charge of my own health. I finally got in that group.
Let me address these groups. The first group can't be helped. Until they decide that the price is too high for bad health and dying miserable and early they can't be helped and will end up life terrible.
The second usually just need a little help to get going. Once they are on the road and see the benefits they get going and never look back. I would like to help those folks. Sometimes you have to start by faith but in a short amount of time you can see the benefit. Myself, I started seeing benefit within a few weeks. My heartburn went away and I immediately began to lose weight. If you are in this category feel free to email me and talk. Use this blog. Whatever it takes to get going. What would you be willing to invest for ten or fifteen more years of life. What would you invest to live a full energetic life? I fully expect to do both. I have also found that it really is less expensive to supplement. I crave less food so I eat less. I quit fast food so that money goes into the things I need. I may place an article on CDStroud about the monetary benefits of changing to the good life.
Finally I entered into the last group. I began to educate myself and spent a lot of time and money getting to a point that was making a difference. It is all about deciding. I looked and tried products and could not find things that had a reasonable cost and worked. Until now. Nature's Sunshine products have the quality at a good value. Will there be ups and downs? Of course. We are human. Do we have to quit everything. NO! My clarion call is moderation. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Decide and live.
Again it is NOT natural to leave this life sick and miserable in a rest home or hospital. God intended us to have a full happy life. He left the decisions up to us. We must decide to be tired of being sick and tired and LIVE!
