Change is never easy. As I said you must decide you want and need to change the way you do things. Getting healthy and staying that way should not be hard. I personally have gotten in the habit of making good choices. In the morning I do a hunger check. If I am not hungry then I do NOT eat. I let my body dictate when to eat not the clock. Who decided we need three squares a day anyway? Probably the guys that sell you all the junk food. Anyway if I am hungry when I get up I eat a fresh fruit breakfast usually. Fresh fruits are your cleansers and will help you feel your best. If I want something more substantial then I prepare a zucchini, mushroom, and egg omelet and that will carry me through to supper. Remember water is essential and lots of it. If you are hydrated it makes things more simple. Supplements. I know if I miss my vitamins and mineral supplements. The food we have to eat is nutrient deficient and supplements are a good way to cover the shortage. Remember store brand supplements have about a 12% absorption and 88% goes down the drain.
